According to memory, I think mgh only applies within Earth. For things such as the satellite which orbit outside of the Earth's surface, the other formula's apply. (Look in the Excel textbook if you have it)

No not taking stims or caffeine
I start with a warmup that includes a combination of biceps, thighs and the back for about 3 minutes
Then I carry on to doing squats for about 5 minutes, taking two short breaks in between (source of my leg shaking)
Then I do bench presses for 5 mins...
When I go to gym and start doing the lunges and squats with weights, my legs dont seem to shake.
But when I carry onto other excersises like training my biceps and triceps, once it starts getting painful, my legs start shaking uncontrollably...
Could someone please give me a non-troll...
