Hey everyone,
I have been told that we should start developing a source bank of stuff for what we have done already (WWI) for things such as the soldiers experiences and changing attitudes etc.
Is it better to compile them within or external to your notes? I see key advantages with both but...
Re: The Official Cricket Thread
Yeah great from Marsh...looks like the order will be getting into form right ahead of Boxing Day. To be honest, Clarke has been batting better since he has been captain, I think he will really stand up against the Indians.
Cheers, yeah I have adopted a "list" approach and thrown out my "hour blocks" approach and now, looking already at what I have ticked off, it looks great!
Afternoon All,
As I am working through compiling my Legal Notes to get up to date for the beginning of next year (Human Rights).
I was wondering just as a general question on whether I should compile case law within my Syllabus notes? or just study the content and find appropriate case law if...
Re: The Official Cricket Thread
After yesterday's performance, and John Inverarity has said that the intention is for Marsh to bat at 3 and Cowan to definitely open. If Marsh is not fit, Christian moves to 6 and the middle order moves up.
Yeah, I'm never robbed of time in the General Maths exams but I always find that my 5-10 minutes of checking ends up being insufficient when I receive my results.
This seems like a very useful and successful technique. I know that I am always doing one answer and then checking straight away, nerves of getting the whole thing wrong and having to complete it again I guess.
Re: The Official Cricket Thread
For me, Starc and Christian are the men to miss out unless Marsh can't prove his fitness, I think it was a bit cheap to leave Ryan Harris out...he played last night. Too much "Musical Chairs" going on with the bowling attack.
Hey again, If you have read my "I am Sam" topic then you might know what I am going to be on about...
I am currently working out my related texts for Belonging next year and I am struggling to find specific techniques (more than in I am Sam) in The Black Balloon because it is such a straight...
Yeah thanks, I am sure to try the idea of not looking at my answer when I am checking.
I have also bought a study book with heaps of past papers, So I'll be sure to be studied up when it comes exam time.
Thanks for that, I've just had a shocker in my first assesment after dropping 4-5 marks...
Does anyone have some good advice on limiting in-test simple mistakes, I find at the moment that It is killing my marks.
I know that you should check over and over but realistically when your in the test and you know the content, you think you have gotten every answer correct.
Currently, I have sort of been working a couple of hours a day at about half the rate I would usually be working during the school year (3 hours a night).
Mostly so far I have been just working through getting History Extension sorted out but I feel as if I am not doing enough, but I can't seem...
Hey everyone,
I have begun to get my Other Related Texts together for "Belonging" and I have begun to start looking into techniques conveying aspects of Belonging etc.
Probably one of the main ORT's I have been de-constructing lately is "I am Sam" and I have been going through looking for...
