GRoup 5: -3

yeah, I hate it when people say they have done nothing and achieved 99+ I also hate it when people say that they have worked extremely hard, achieving 60 and then they claim that the HSC system is fucked. ;)
oh yes, we did that too. My friend did one country, I'm doing Australia. Later on, we're gonna photocopy the info and give it to each other. Makes it much easier than summarising together :D That would be time consuming too :D I guess group work is good when it takes less time than individual work
Yup :p Beating international students is not that hard. Just study, listen in class and practice regularly. International students are only so good because they do their Maths really early. Perhaps you could try accelerating with a tutor or on your own :)
Don't look down on the General people. General Maths can be quite hard. I think I would score lower in General Maths than Extension 1. I have the tendency to fail in easy subjects. For example, I got much higher marks in my Mathematics 5.3 school exams (averaging 95%) than the School Certificate...
Agreed. It is all about how you tackled maths when you were young. Usually students good at Maths, have been good at Maths since they were little.
Firstly, find out what is bothering you in Maths. Is it because you cannot memorise formulas? or is it because you don't know your basics well...
