IMO im not that concerned if i dont get the course i want due to the hsc. All I have to do is complete the newstep course (which is offered at UNCLE regardless if you got 30ATAR in the exam). Its just like redoing the HSC but better (as you get to learn and prepares you for uni better....well...
HSC English IMO waste of time
I just dont understand how by analysing texts will help us in the future. In my opinion (as a student), i think english should be more focused on how we as people interact with one another. You know through communication, grammar, how to conduct a random...

Hey all, i thought it would be a good idea for a Stickied thread that includes advice for people who just completed their Learner hours and soon will be undertaking the driving exam to get their P's.
I for one havent gone for my P's yet (but have already booked 3 weeks in advance :) ). Now for...
My trials starts tomorrow and i havent even studied for any of my subjects yet.
Tomorrow i have english so i think i better get off BOS and start typing and studying my essay and creative writing stuff.
Im not quite sure if i will make it to Newcastle University so i was wondering (incase i dont) what newstep is like. What do you do? How long does it go for?
