I guess you could say an increase in hidden employment, as people stop looking for jobs, leads to a decrease in the unemployment rate?
But the question didn't ask about what happens if it goes down, so do people reckon you'll need this to get the marks?
What did everyone say for how hidden unemployment is shown through statistics? I just said it's not, and that statistics may be distorted as a result of this.

Any transactions which is tied to something goes on the Capital Account, not net secondary income.
I got a bit confused with this before half yearlies and looked into the way ABS does the statistics, looks like it paid off.

Ah yup, hadn't heard of the first part being in the syllabus but now that I think of it it did come up in 2 different areas.
Oh well, still got 18/20 on MC so I'm fine with that :)

Yeah, a time based structure can work. Wouldn't recommend it for most question's though, unless you really get one that lends itself to Australia's history
Yeah, really badly worded question. Honestly I hate that kind of thing, because it means state rankers are determined by guessing as neither options fit the question perfectly...
Because the whole analysing the existing system thing isn't part of a requirements report, but it is part of economic feasibility -
Plus check the syllabus for what the requirements report includes, that statement clearly went beyond it!
