Most rural areas actually have better GP coverage than city ones, because so many international doctors have to work there (10 years, as part of reg). Real problem is in outer city places.
the last thing you want to do after working 6 years of med school is to be shipped off to become a gp in some rural area. It has to be rural...so RA3-5, which, no offense, is terrible.
