thanks so much for your perspective, i actually read your original thread on you wanting to drop ee2 before I posted this, and while u unfortunately can't reverse the past it is really regrettable that u didn't drop ee2 sooner (for the sake of your own sanity)... not saying that to put u down...
it is sorta enjoyable but not enjoyable enough for me to stick with it.. the idea of being able to research and read whatever I want is exciting.... but for that to culminate in a major work of sorts, i really dont think the effort will be worth it. invariably what will happen is that i'll doubt...
for context, i have 11 units (technically 9 because I finished 2u math). but with term 4 out of the way, i’m considering dropping this subject before i stretch myself out thin lmao. trying to keep it short and simple:
reasons why i even took up ee2 in the first place:
My english teacher said i...
nah same i've basically been getting straight 80s this term lol. but i would prefer not to flop something like english.... like I'm gonna do eng adv next period and only 1 hour before the in-class component do i get emailed that we're not allowed to bring a page of quotes into the exam and HAVE...
NO SAME dw. i also have to do a justification paragraph and vignette for the hand in component of my assessment.... 😔
honestly i would just remember your ideas and quotes sorted by paragraph (i remembered mine in chronological order for my prelim and it helped - but that assumes you have a base...
so far i got an 87 for my chem internal, 80 for 3u math and 80 for ee2. don't know my ranks but term 1 definitely gotta be my academic comeback
idrk how it works, but since i submit a misadventure form and a doctors certificate after i sat the test (cause i was sick when doing it). it'll just be n/a on my report apparently
i got 80% 😯 glad that it isn't gonna count tho.... my teacher said i'm ranked 5th or 6th, and in prelims i was ranking 3rd soooo would rather not make it count and just grind in the summer holidays tbh. unless my teacher should submit the marks to nesa?? idk how this works, all i care about is...
omg I flunked my 3u math test today while still being sick and am so grateful that i was able to get a doctor's certificate to excuse whatever result i get on that test 😭
yeah i totally feel u.. i have ee2 tomorrow now. and since it's inequitable to be absent from school the day before an assignment i have to be here (and also since my mum wasnt arsed to take me to the doctor) and i have broken down a few times this morning 🙂
yeah it wouldn't be too bad if you know what you're talking about but i still don't have a clear concept (subject matter wise lol) on what my mw will be + my verbal communication skills are pretty abysmal... gonna be a long 15 mins (don't ask why I don't have a concept yet 😭)
righttt and like how do they expect us to bounce back from the nightmare that was prelims and quickly get on with hsc content?? i did most of my yr11 assignments last min and i'm not gonna be able to do that now .... all of my assessments this term are all in-class :eek2: gonna make a comeback...
anyone here lowkey not coping rn and just want the term to end??? :P after i did my chem test last friday (i think i did good thankfully) i caught a cold and have been unable to lock in ever since, haven't done any work over the weekend ... realllyy worried for my ee2 viva this thursday
