Do whatever combination/feels right - schools are always lenient with swapping/changing subjects (provided there's space for you in the class).
Some of the people here are being far too harsh. I've looked up the averaged out b6 counts performed in your school - you're looking at high 98s-low 99s depending on how well you perform in English, chemistry and bio.
