Oh yea, I longer want to do med :)
I'm thinking more along the lines of journalism or research in marine biology at the moment.
YAY! Good work, Enoil! What do you do now? Must feel so good to be set free from something you hate.
Hey! Sorry for the lag, I've been a bit out of it lately hahah oh how I love you HSC :')
Hmmm it's not the best... can't wait for it to be over so I have a sense of security about courses and such. And yeah. Are you transferring out of law soon?
I feel you... I've spent the entire day making modern notes :L
I guess you have to set time limits and work full on for the time period and move on even if you haven't completed it.
Heyyy !
I just have a question- for med if you pass the thresh-hold atar that isn't considered as a factor for entry anymore, does it?
And when does the ATAR prediction get submitted? After trials ?
Does the principal do the predictions or...??
sorry for the bombardment of questions !
It's completely normal, dw. Half yearlies are those assessments no one really feels prepared for; I mean teachers throw new info at you the day before the exam and test you on it the following day. It's just a very crammed space of time.
And you're not alone with the stress, most people go...
Yeah this is what happens a lot. It's pretty much decided by how well you do in the theory because most people who do art are artistic (obvs) and have an amazing bow.

Because, at my school the most competitive course is va. Once you lose a mark you go down a few ranks, not just one.
It's hard to redeem yourself.
Omgsh, I'm going to learn to a mathematician so that i never have to write those essays! that sounds like torture!!
Alright.
I cried for a while knowing that I had lost the roll I had in coming first in art. Would trade first rank in any other subject for just that one. :(
Modern is tomorrow. Don't think it is humanly possible to write 24 bos pages + 25marks worth of source questions. What even.
THENNN...
It kinda is :(
But like details from 4 sources are in one document under syllabus dot points so that you don't have to search around for the answers...
But yeah I'm a bit of a notes nazi.
Save yourself while you can. I regret dropping physics and keeping bio.
To put it into perspective of how route it is: I have 106 pages of notes for a topic and a half.
I did 14 units for prelim, I survived alright. A few mental breakdowns though.
If you are good at them all and not having to put a lot more effort into one about the others then it's all good.
I recommend keeping them all for prelim if you can handle it as you can see whether you hate them or...
