it is illegal to remove you from a classroom nor deny you to undertake study of a subject. however they do are able to restrict you from studying in a class if there are "no more spots". However they also cannot drop you even if you are getting 5% per exam. So yeah dont worry man FUCK THE TEACHERS
There is no "must" for stationary. It says on the front you may use black and blue pen. Black is preferred. But in HSC marking there is no penalty incurred for using any other coloured pen e.g. Pink. Just note that it may make marking harder and will annoy markers which you don't want to do...

This is a great way to do the HSC especially if you do half your subjects in yr 11 and 12. My mat at fort street did chem and 3 unit in his year 11 and he had super great marks since he had a whole year to concentrate on two subjects. Now he needs to do the other 5 units in year 12.
