Are you going to bed too late? I've been told that at our age we should be going to bed before 11. Also, looking at your computer or tv screen before bed can disrupt your REM sleep. Try reading for half an hour before going to bed.
EDIT: Dimming the lights in your room 20 minutes before...
This happens for me during the morning as well. I've found that if I do what I want during the day then have a nap and study in the afternoon then I'm at my peak. But if it's imperative that you study in the morning, have some coffee.

Human rights/criminal lawyer (quite the opposite i suppose) and maybe later on go into International politics.
I thought it was just added to one's ATAR, was told by my Society and Culture teacher who was school captain and got into USyd Law from the extra 2 points.
