well i haven't really thought enough to answer that, but the way i see it is:
Science and religion don't mix that well together, Science can be proven and Religion requires you to just believe.

They had this system at my old school, its not illigal. er paid $5 year for a permit, if you parked in school parking without it, it was like a $170 fine.

Baically something is autometically copyrighted once it have been made to the public (no mattter if its registerd or not). The copyright lasts untill the arthour is dead +75 years.

Just a note on that, University of canberra now offers a winter term during that 7 week break, so you can finish most degree's in 2.5 years
