I like all my lectures and my lecturers (one of ems pretty hot :P) but I can see how I could easily skip the lectures and learn as much.
The ilectures are available and the lecturers are putting the extra effort into synchronizing the ilectuers and the slides.
So I realized that its so much more economically feasible for me to drive to Macquarie and hey hey, the traffic really ain't too bad at all!! Not as bad as I thought it would be :)
So I'm just wondering if I could keep getting away with parking for free? (done it twice now) or should I...
Well thats silly, now you have a really long break with nothing to do when you could have finished early, went home, had a nap and woke up and do more productive things.
all you have to do is follow this example imo :)
Do whatever the fuck you want during HSC.
This guy played ungodly hours of Halo reach and scored a 97.20.
I started last week and I can honestly say I'm 50/50 on uni.
Only thing I can say is tutes are awesome and people are just so much more friendly and approachable than high school.
I played at least an hour of games every day :\
Facebook for over 3 hours (this was meant to be study lol)
Watched tv for 1 hour
scolded myself for 30 hour
slept for less than 7 hours
I bossed HSC to an average ATAR!
I guess if you're aiming for 95+ though you'll probz have to go hard.
You have every chance with any course to transfer into uni. Just work hard.
And lol, look at the degree I'm doing. My future is low pay unless I get lucky.
Been happy with Macquaries O-week. Really informative and the clubs/societies seem cool.
Joined the Acturial Society lol. Their events seem to be the best.
Hey so when should we skip lectures lol?
One of my tutors said it'll kick in around week 4, a lecturer said shorter (she sounded pretty cut up about it but admitted it was inevitable)
Some guy I met skipped lectures the whole of last year and is doing fine.
