You can receive a max of 5 from subject bonuses, a max of 10 from EAS, and I think being an Elite Athlete gives you (Unsure of how many points)? Potentially you could receive 15 + (Elite Athlete) bonus points as there is only a max amount of points for each scheme.
I think you would also apply for Fares Allowance.

From what I know even if you did enrol, you can unenrol later as long as its before the census date.
The early offer people at UWS told me that I could enrol without it effecting me in main rounds and I could unenrol later if I wish to accept another offer as long as I unenrol before census...

Yep! As soon as you activate your account you can change them since it's not a UAC offer rather a direct offer from the University thus why they send you your student ID in your email and you don't need to do Step 1 :D
