Umm at Penrith Campus the enrollment day I was told [over the phone, by the TAFE lady] that it's on the evening of the 25th.
It's a Diploma of Property, yuck, hence I'm looking into other things.
Yeah I have hope to GET IN to university. To be honest I am greatly leaning towards a diploma pathway into university for the sake of gaining study skills. To be more specific, UWS-College.
From the bottom of my heart: I feel I won't survive the first year of University, my ATAR is enough...
I don't think ATAR even matters for UWSCollege, however I have yet to get the offer (I have the Dip Social Science as my 7th preference).
Someone said they got an ATAR "<36" and an offer (which they have accepted) in the thread called "2010 student list". Amazing.
Cheers mate, all the best.
Did that bloke get an offer with an ATAR "<36"???????????????? I for one got an ATAR in the 40s and have yet to get an offer!
UWS = seeming like a wackjob.
You got below 36 ATAR and got offered before the main-round?! (Genuinely making sure I have read you correctly, the <36 could be a typo for the heart emoticon).
Hi!
I'm also after the BA! Just wondering what ATAR you got? (if you don't mind telling and me asking of coarse :) ).
Cheers
Well one of my close friends got into Engineering with a UAI of approx 57 last time around. So I would say it's a possibility.
Once again, I for one can't guarantee except deduce from what I do know. :)
Best of luck to you guys :)
I totally see where your coming from in regards to the need of a defense/armed force. However, you need to go easy on throwing the "your argument is baseless" notion.
Terrain and attitude of the peoples of the region (although any ethnic/national group would be expected to rebel occupation). The terrain being a major factor.
Personally I see military success possible through eradication of poppy farming. It's a drug fueled war at the moment. Just as long as...
With an ATAR of 71 or so you'll surely get into a bachelors program at UWS, hell I know a bloke who got a mystrey mark and got an offer.
I know plenty of people with UAIs in the 50s and 40s who got into arts.
BA and B Computing are the ones.
Dam! I missed out big time if this yo-yo hand out occurred. I was signed up and all, ended up coming straight home from the dentist.
No biggy, I attended the carbon copy open day in august lol.
I sent in my questionnaire and documents just today. It doesn't quite outline an ATAR cut-off so I am assuming I should get an offer, it's something like 7th on my preference list.
Dip Social Science *thumbs up*
