not about police powers but they did have that really specific question in the 2019 paper 'explain how post-sentencing considerations seek to balance community interests and individual rights and freedoms'. HOPEFULLY THEY DONT ASK A QUESTION LIKE THIS AGAIN THOUGH, they've been pretty decent-ish...
