I think I have this on my mind but on a smaller scale. For the 3 days in the lead-up to an exam, I plan to get a solid 8 hours instead of my usual 7 hours (is 7 bad?).

I watched it a while ago and tried using it to memorize my essays. While it's crazy that it does work instantly, you'd obviously need to do it over a period of days to really absorb it deep into your long-term memory. Give it a try!
How do you just memorize quotes and techniques? Any tangible tips? I've been trying some...unconventional techniques...but I'm looking to see if there are better methods?
