for whatever reason legal studies is NOT a prerequisite or even assumed knowledge for law which i find somewhat weird
the reason they say you should study english adv is because cases and stuff can be very wordy so good english/communication skills are very useful.
the raw mark is your real mark, i.e. if you answered 65 questions correctly you get a mark of 65.
what you really get on your final report or w/e is an alligned mark that changes depending on how the rest of the state forms. so your 65 could become an 80.
the sc isn't a particularly useful credential if you want to continue to the HSC. Even my teachers said so, lol.

read the question carefully and all the alternatives before choosing. make sure you are choosing the best answer and that you are answering the question.

there's two extended responses, one worth 10 marks and one worth 20.
the one worth 10 is more likely to be a letter, newspaper report or something short
the 20 marker is more likely to be a narrative. I haven't seen anything besides a narrative in that spot (not that I have a lot to go on...
