I didn't even know the RoSA grades were sent to us until one of my friends told me to check my emails, Lol... Anyway I got B's in everything except for two A's that I got in science and visual arts. I know they don't mean anything but I'm proud of my A in science, I worked really hard for it...
That's probably true, but my main problem with writing notes is because everybody types the teachers don't give enough time for the few people using pen and paper to write the information down.
For next year I've started to consider using my iPad for school instead of my school laptop. This is because my school laptop is very heavy, takes up space in my bag and is just kind of crap and I've seen quite a few students using iPads instead. The only problem I would have using my iPad is...
Not very, my school pretty allows you to choose what you want. They offer their opinions and recommendations, but at the end of the day they always leave the final decision up to us.
I'm not sure what the biggest meal is that I've eaten, but we did go out to dinner recently with my Dad's best friend and his family and he managed to eat a 1kg steak with chips and salad in less than 20 minutes. That was pretty impressive.
My good ol' jeans my Auntie gave me a couple of years ago. They're so comfy and fit perfectly, unfortunately they're starting to get a bit worn out which is really depressing...
I'm wearing my new clothes that I bought yesterday;
- Denim shorts
- Long flowy white singlet
- Hair up in a bun
It's so hot and humid where I live, I'm very cool and comfortable with what I'm wearing today.
I have it installed now on my iPhone 4 and iPad 2. A lot of people tell me how slow it runs on iPhone 4's, but I find it runs just fine. Maybe I have more free space on mine? I don't know. I didn't like iOS 7 to start with, but it's growing on me. The only thing I still really hate is the music...
Re: Does anyone here play chess?
I like playing chess, I used to play all the time with my little sister when we were little. Unfortunately my parents sold it and I pretty much forgot about it until I joined the chess club at school. I still liked the game, but I was the only girl who was in...
I consider myself Catholic, but over the last couple of years I've started to tell people who ask that I'm an agnostic atheist instead. I changed to a public school a couple of years ago and people would always ask why did I wear a cross around my neck. Then they would give me weird looks and...
Any combination of subjects can get you an ATAR of 92+ if you try. Are you sure you want to change schools and have to do SOR? I'm finding many people from private schools coming to my public school so they don't have to do it and can pick another subject that they actually want to do. But if...
Maybe talk to your teachers and get their opinions on what subject to drop. Try with 13 units and see how you go, then make a decision to drop one after seeing which ones you enjoy the most and still really want to do.
I haven't gone out of my way to try and lose weight, I'm quite comfortable with my weight actually but since I've started doing karate again I've gotten a little bit thinner here and there. I've been getting more motivated to start running again as well which is good, I miss being fit haha
Hmm... The worst injury I can think of that I've had is when I was about 7. I fell off this little brick wall I would walk along all the time and faceplanted on bricks. It's funny to talk about now, my little sister just stood there screaming and crying while I was covered in blood and soil from...
