if you are genuinely doing better than your peers and are first in your subject or in a small band with other high achieving peers you will not be affected by scaling due to dumb peers.
also i dont really see the difference between a normal private school and a public school, you only start getting access to those benefits when you go to an elite private school
yea fair but he was asking for a realistic predication not a bunch of hypemen, if he and the people above him do well in the HSC he could quite easily get 96+ too.
network , better access to resources, more academically inclined peers, better teachers and pastoral support and better access to opportunities and facilities. the teaching being better is evident since private schools don't necessarily take in academically gifted students at the start of year 7...
i really dont think you have a clue what you are talking about you are probably in a similar or worse position and are just trying to make yourself feel better, maybe a 90 is possible but i really do not see him getting a 96 whatsoever
im not sure i haven't had a class with him before, but most of them are good since you are in year 11 you have plenty of time to change tutors too id say just pick the class at the most convenient time and place for you.
