Ok so I was just wondering if say a person is liked ranked 30/60 for a subject and gets like 50% in his overall mark also goes to a well ranked school say top 100 but performs well in his externals and gets say like in the 80s how much would this affect his mark? Will he get pushed up because...

He means as in what you came out of your year in your subjects, you have only got your rank for maths.

Oh ok, so basically pretty much ace these external ones and the marks you get would scaled depending on how your cohort goes against the other schools? IE so if you do better than the schools with a higher school assesment mark you are more likely to be scaled up? If that makes sense?

OMG the unseen text I got completely fucked on, I didn't have anytime to do the last question and I was getting full marks the whole way through like 2's and 3s then BAM got 8/15 FML.
