wors workout ever:
had workout
almost passed out/crashed on way home
threw up for 13 hours straight from 9pm - 10am
and about once every hour aswell
the first one was on my bedroom carpeted floor.
Every Day:
Morning
1x berocca/hairy lemon
3x fish oil pills
2x cod liver oil tablets
2x mens multi vitamin
2x vitamin B tablets
30g Creatine
40g Protein powder
3x Vitamin C chewy things
2x Ginger suppliment
Lunch
30g Protein powder
1x Fat Blaster supershake
3x fish oil pills
Dinner/Post...
oh taht referrs to my standing posture only my sittitn gposture is horendus
but my standnidng posture shows confidence/dont bother me or i will destroy you
everytime i go to the gym to beef up i drink 20g of creatine and 140g of whey protein post-workout
during my workout i focus primarily on reps of 1 or 2 and sets of 4-5
