That doesn't seem to refute the previous sentence at all. That's a copy/paste job from a biblical site which does not provide evidence for your argument.
You will also find many branches of the church using that exact passage to support the view that women SHOULDN'T be allowed to preach.
I also quite enjoy 1 Timothy 2:8-14, where I'm not allowed to wear gold jewellery, or pearls, or speak up when I'm learning, or be allowed to teach.
