Bleaching your regrowth from mousy brown to blonde shouldn't be a problem, you'll probably only need to bleach it once each time. You should buy a good toner though.

Is your hair naturally black or dyed black? If it's natural, you'll have a much easier time making it blonde, but if it's dyed black you'll either have to bleach your hair 3+ times and risk frying it, or go to a salon where they'll probably tell you they can't make it that colour in one go...

It was fast, I got my letters at like 9am. I got a letter from UAC that also had a UoW 'Acceptance and Enrolment' brochure and a bigger envelope from UoW that had another bigger enrolment book.
