According to one of the hostages inside "Media to tell the other 2 brothers not to explode the bomb. There are 2 more bombs in the city"

How can they say "Police: If you had plans to come into the city, then you should go about your plans as usual" when there are apparently "2 more bombs in the city" ???? Someone explain, are they not treating these bomb threats seriously enough?

Confirmed they've made direct contact. The deputy commissioner confirmed that. However the demands were apparently mentioned through the hostage's Facebook pages. Apparently the perpetrator had 3 demands. The 3rd which 7 news would not read out.
