ATTN: People with Optus Cable Internet

Optus have been known to be slow to cap, just as they are slow to uncap. No news there. I got to 12604MB this month before I was capped.

    computer science

Not sure about how many people do it sorry, I wouldn't imagine it would be that many. Why honours? You can be honourable afterwards! :p No really, some people just enjoy what they do and enjoy research. Its a chance to further your studies. Personally I want to do it because I can, I wouldn't...

    Get Your Id Cards Now

I doubt it, but if they do they probably won't give you concession because whether you're full time (ie, whether you get concesssion) or not depends on the number of UOC you are doing. 18 or more units = full time = concession on your student card.

    Plan your timetable!

Yes...you should deliberately put more stuff into Friday, like some tutes. That way you're less likely to be tempted to just miss the discrete lecture. I should mention, the later your maths tutes are in the week, the more time you'll get to study for the class tests (if you're that kind of...

    General Education (Gen Ed) FAQ

No, as Minai said and others have said you can only do a max of 6UOC of gen eds from any single one faculty (see first post in this thread as well). You can't do any more gen eds from the Arts faculty (ie, JAPN1002) after you do JAPN1001 because you would have already done 6UOC from Arts.

    Sony SZ series Notebooks

Then say, "ok, I'll wait for it to get cheaper", then point out the next better model will become cheaper, so you wait again, and wait for the next model, and wait for the next model, and wait for... Unfortunately, ultralights don't tend to be that powerful and you pay premium for size and...
