why are raw marks determined to 1 dec. pl.? like in the 2003 maths, someone got 65.7/120? How do you get 65.7 and not 65 or 66 or even 65.5?

but usu u get heaps of time at the end of the exam anyway well i usu find i finish in 1.5-2 hrs and then i go back thru the paper to check then try and figure out the 'tricky' bits in qns 9 & 10

what about the 'creative' qns? usually it's "write from the perspective of the composer of one of your texts" or "write from the perspective of a character from one of your texts". any ideas of what it will be this year? what else can they ask us?

look it up on the news part of google you have a whole assignment just on economic crime? that's kinda stupid considering it would be worth 2 marks/100 at an absolute maximum if it was even tested in the hsc but i guess the case is useful

Because "the poor" are people too, and it isn't always their fault that they are poor. You can't just disregard a whole section of society for the benefit of the rest. By denying them economic support, the wealthier members of society gain more power and are more likely to abuse this power...
