i highly recommend writing your ideal ATAR on a paper and sticking above your study desk lol oh and try to study with a group of friends who are academically competitive (even if you are in a low ranked skool) its quite contagious and it does wonders for your school assessment marks

frankly uni committees are more inclined towards people who are school captains when they are determining their scholarships school captains are held in high regard for the leadership roles associated with it e.g. your representing your school and your local community a prefect/src is fine...

um there is an interview to weed out those who are choosing med for the wrong reasons but i do understand what u mean!

hey, if you look at the gooduniversity's guide UNSW does better than USYD but everyone in my skool seems to incline towards USYD
