yeh I do a lot of blues and jazz stuff during my lessons but there more like progressions and stuff to play under chrods and stuff that sound good so its just workin around with the scales and stuff, I will be looking at all different styles though to find pieces with th ebest bass lines out there

I practice when ever and not a specific time, but i dont sit down and practice a set thing, more just impro around scales and stuff and just muck round with it.

Well I play Bass and I dont know about standards and stuff coz i dont do grades or anything, I havent really found the pieces i want yet, but I am just looking at songs and bass solos that i could use, Stuff like Incubus, RHCP, Vic Wooten standards like that, but not necessarily grade music.
