    its more important to get the right people instead of people being booted/leaving after semester or workplacement. remember anything lower then credit then your out of the co op and have to pay back money.

    there is like 3 comp sci in 1st year and 4 software engineering. For seng there was only 1 position but once uni started there was 3 more positions and no one applied for them until they kept extending deadline and ambushing us in classes to try and sell it to fill positions,

    ^no bias, 8-9/10 people dont finish actuarial, so it can be challenge. Depends on what engineering your interested in. Engineering you learn stuff and countless more opportunites then actuaries. who do the most boring jobs

    for local level, you need to do workshop, pass that to ref shitting u10 games. Then with experience, and after you get tested X number of times, you do higher games and so on. So you need to start low and build your way up to higher level games.
