I'm kind of confused, you say you got 30% all through year 11, then just did your trial and got 84/84, and they want you to take Ext 2... next year? As in, when you've finished HSC?

Just saying, we got chem back today, I scored 68%, 19/20 in MC. I put that they had the same pH and H+ concentration, and I was given the mark.

Depends on your rank after the trial and how you go in the final exam.

Yeah but I proved that 4 alpha = 180 (using the triangles they gave and the angle that the tangent made with a chord (2alpha) to be equal to the angle in the alternate segment), and therefore making alpha 45. Therefore, the "chord" through the circle made an angle of 90 with the diameter, and...

I used RHS and proved alpha to be 45, giving the angle in the semicircle to be 2alpha, therefore making it a right angle. :s

Goal ATAR is 90+, but I don't know if I'm even in that ball park really with my ranks. Last year, 5 students did MX2, they all got band 6's and 99+. They were the only 5 that did.
