Incorrect
I also want an explanation of Lee's answer. I don't get it when he writes Im[w]=-Im[w^2]....etc
w^3=1
Prove that (1+2w+3w^2)(1+3w+2e^2)=3 and (1+2w+3w^2) + (1+3w+w^2)=-3, hence find the exact values of (1+2w+3w^2) and (1+3w+w^2)
Yea
Though if given enough time (varies widely), I'm sure most students(@4unit level) can figure it out eventually [unless it's one of those crazy questions]
If you understand the concept, you can answer any question that relies on that concept [IMO] it just takes time
Though you should complete questions to build up confidence, speed, thinking techniques, etc
I could imagine 4unit maths to be pretty gay if you follow the schools schedule (i.e. learn 2unit,3unit and 4unit at the same time). I can't imagine how you can still have time for your other subjects without studying over 3hrs a day
1.Sketch the situation
2.Actually sketch the situation
3.Check if you've drawn it correctly
gradient of x=3 is clearly undefined as rise is like infinity and run = 0.
However, if you sketched everything, you'll see that x=3 makes right angles with the x axis. Gradient of y=root3x = root3...
Our [bos] atar estimators are unreliable. When you're ranked 1st in your cohort, your hsc mark is entirely reliant on how well you do in your externals. School rank won't do crap
Except for english...but you'd smash it anyway
Not always the case.
@OP OE you will get over 90 in ATAR pretty easily, my guess is like..97+. No idea for the umat shit since I dunno that stuff
engineering is also using science to help humanity, though it's different from what you're thinking I think
To all the users confused on OE's...
Here's some advice: don't argue/make statements that you have not properly researched and research before formulating an arguement.
This could improve your marks in legal
I get your idea but it's not expressed correctly. If the locus was that circle, then that would be your answer to that question. You should've said that the possible numbers for v lies on (x-3)^2 + (y-2)^2 = 5
sorry if I'm not making sense
Hey shadowdude
What does your course involve? Why did you choose it? What careers does it opens? For Bachelor of science, what exactly do you get from it.
thx
