No, prestige is a very irrelevant thing to regard when choosing a university or course. It's what you make out of the degree, that will get you the job opportunities and etc.

To be safe, get atleast top 10 in English, Top 5 in the rest and it should be good enough for a 60-75.

The important thing is graduating and getting a satisfying job, enjoying your lifestyle and doing what you like. The entry to university is like one of the only beginnings of your life, entry is very easy if you compare it the workload and journey of your University lifestyle =).
