Your external mark gets aligned, and your internal mark gets moderated. Transferred in its raw form as your external mark then averaged with your internal, it needs to get aligned first.

HR is pretty boring I hope s4 is operations strategies/marketing strategies and s3 can be finance i don't mind but in all seriousness, I don't really enjoy any of my HSC subjects with the exception of legal so I find everything boring :(
