i dont know if its the subject you are talking about or not but PVE (photographic and video editing) is, its a content endorsed course that u drop at the end of yr 11.

although it might be considered easier than chem or phys, bio is not an 'easy' subject. it involes a lot of work and you shouldnt pick it because u think it will be a bludge.

personally, if i was in your situation, i would only do adv eng without ext and pick up a 1 unit course for ur prelim such as SLR or PVE or sumthing. this is just going off what you said about not loving english... if you end up doin the hsc with 12 or 11 units, you can drop down to 1 unit...

your best doing subjects that you are good at and enjoy before you think about subjects that scale well, although its good to choose better scaling subjects, if your not good at or not enjoying them, its useless. you should also check out any prerequisites that u need for the course you want to...

i personally would say do modern, but when you go to finalise your subjects you might find that somw are on the same line so its good to have a few back-ups that your interested in. my friend does them plus physics i am too pretty much

there will be a visual text, be it photo, cartoon, artwork, movie clip, movie still etc that will somehow connect with Dorothy Parker's poetry. you will have to write something imaginative that relates back to the poetry and visual text, most likely a story or poetry.... i think... geeze...

i'll be in too... msn is best for me i personally think this is a good idea mainly so we can hav a prelim one goin which isnt 'overshadowed' (for want of a better word) by the hsc students... thats my opinion anyways
