    Unemployment rates

Where can I find averaged annual unemployment rates from 20 years back? I've found materials on ABS, but it skips years and etc. Perhaps it's better, to work it out myself? (O_o)a;; Anyways, any sort of advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. Btw, in ABS, if you take a look at...

    How do we pronounce ATAR?

I standby 'Argh-tard'. It's ironic how people who do well will get mad Argh-tard levels/points. hehe. Ay-tar sounds really normal. That's not good enough. "What's your Ay-tar?" or "What Argh-tard did you score?" AusTAR doesn't sound half bad, but it's to ordinary. By the way, pronouncing it...

    yr11 3U maths questions

The sketch part is simple, you draw: y=3/x^2-4, u put under simple denominator, draw the reciprocal graph of this, then once again, draw reciprocal of that. Or, you can use calculus, find s.p/p.o.i and its natures, the see when x-> infinite.

    integrating sinxcosx

but the thing is, you can just write a new constant. integral (sinx.cosx) =integral (u) let u=sinx, du=cosx dx =1/2u^2 +c =1/2sin^2x +c =1/2[1/2(1-cos2x)] +c =1/4-1/4cos2x +c => -1/4cos2x + k (where k is a constant). like that. You can use any other pronumerals as long as you state that it is...

I gave up probabilities, it's like too hard... for me. I just don't think the way I'm meant to in it.

    prelim question

Those method above are like all polynomials innit? Anyways, I don't think so, (@ original question) except if you can be bothered, try doing double and triple angles, then putting them all over common denominator. I think though, it would end up giving only a part of the answer.

    applying calculus to coordinate geometry

Oh wells, I figured out now, thanks for all the help(?). It's because it's looking at the gradient of the gradient or simply taking example of a parabola, when it's gradient is negative, it's a minimum and vice versa.

You can't, as far as I know because trig is like brothers from another mother.

    applying calculus to coordinate geometry

Hey all, we all know by textbook that: second derivative can give us the nature of a stationary point, whether minimum or maximum. I know this, and I can do these, but I'm starting to wonder why. I've tried drawing a few graphs and seeing what I can make sense of this, can anyone explain to me...

    radians

Ok, lets go back to yr 11 stuff for clarification. Do you remember how you learnt All Stations To Central? Because Cos is positive at 1st and 4th quadrant, if you are given the domain of 0 ~ 2pi, then you must include two angles, because both those angles give 1/2. Taking an example, if you...

    Integrating Sin^2xCos^2x

    It's correct. if y = sin x, dy/dx = cos x. This means Integral of sin x = cos x + C. So, if we integrate (1-cos4x), it becomes [x-1/4(sin4x)] + C. I think... lol it looks correct.

Stationary Points, Asymptotes and Points of Inflexion.

asymptotes are plusminus 2 and y = 0. as x -> infinity, y -> 0. this should look like a maximum at (0, -3/4), and two curves approaching 0 as x -> plus minus infinity. This graph should have no poi.

How much do tutors help in MX1?

I don't get it, if you study, you'll boost your ranking. If you attempt more questions, compile them and take them to your teacher before/after/during school and get them solved, I don't think you should need a tutor. A tutor won't make any difference, unless you put your efforts in. Getting...

    difference between growth and development

Economic development = measuring of the quality of life which include HDI, GDP per capita, computers per 100 people, all these kind of factors. Economic growth refers to the growth of the economy which is generally measured in real GDP per capita. The most important thing is about their...

    Structural Reform

Well you see, during structural reform, there is always a "time lag". There is time when unemployment rate rises, and there are "reskilling" occurring. Especially in certain regions, reskilling may be harder due to lack of resources for learning etc. It isn't the solution to everything - who...

If you are in year 11, read this first.

If you get 90% in 4u, scaled HSC mark that is, you're looking at around 50% raw mark for 4u, where as 2u, you're looking at much more competition thus u probably need the 80s+.
