I think for most courses, marks are aligned up and then scaled down later

i tihnk what the school gives in aren't actually ranks but marks to one decimal point. so if you actually are equal to someone, the marks which the school gives in are exactly the same i think ^.^

ahhh well it depends on how much you want them for - i'd say a round 45 is pretty fair? negotiable though ;)
