But it will still scale much better even without a band E4. A band 6 should just be the place for top students to get recognized, not rewarded to almost anyone. A 79 in math advanced is some how a band 6.

They must have been scaled up by their school. I literally did the MA from 2022 and 2021, I got above 90 in both. No offense, but you have to be mentally disturbed to get below 85 in math advanced.
