Question on the HSC - Speeches.

I enjoyed Atwood's speech- quite humourous. But, I think Sadat's speech would screw everyone. I would start crying.

Question on the HSC - Speeches.

That's why I read Sir William Deane's speech today, because if they did ask for specific speeches, I could only think that it would be the shorter speeches (as stated above already). Still, I REALLY hope they don't.

Oooh, that's awesome. Yeah, my best mate is revising for Religion too. Does it scale well?On the one hand, I can see why it would, but that I can see why it wouldn't, too. Do you do Advanced English/Conflicting Perspectives by any chance?

Anyone else feel like Module C is going to KILL them?

I'm doing Conflicting Perspectives, and I have looked at the rubric up and down, and I understand what it's asking us to do, but in terms of our related material, it didn't specify whether our related texts need to conflict Julius Caesar, or whether we should be looking at conflict within the...

    Are you ready?

Yeah, I'm studying Conflicting Perspectives right now, and it's just so undefined, it's crazy. It'm really scared of English Paper 2.

I would have been better if they didn't PDHPE on the same day as extension english. Those frakking bastards. Betcha next year, drama will be at the beginning of the HSC.

Darius Boyd: Are you fair dinkum?

+1. It shouldn't be necessary for footballers to be thrust in front of the media like that. Although admitedly, he could've given a little bit more to his answers, but he's a footballer, he should be concentrating on not crabbing so much. Suck shit@ the reporters.

    The Official NRL Thread

+1. And I didn't think that Slater deserved that MoM medal. As much as I hate him Cameron Smith did ALOT more.

Oooh, how exciting (about the niece/nephew). Oh you live in Bathurst? Nice. That must be a trek if you want to go to the Uni's that are based around the Sydney CBD. I promised myself I would do some essays for English. And it's already 11:45am. Procrastination at it's best.

It goes like this: my family is trying to deter me from going to UTS because of the 1.5hr trip to Kuring-Gai and they don't like the idea of me being @ uni for 5 years...I had a good rant about them on facebook. But, other than that, I am sitting @ my computer, trying to finish my Ancient...

Greek World 500-440 BC: The Persian Wars or The Delian League

Howdy. Just wanted to know what everyone would be willing to answer with the essay question this year? I'm going to Delian League because I can't make anything stick in my head about The Persian Wars. For my trial, I was only 2 people did The Delian League question (out of 96 AH students)...
