From wat people have said round here... A band 6 is usually around 80% allthough this is never certain because the BOS never realsees this information....
Just a thought... all my friends that accelerated (Bar one) got there same mark for the School Certificate as they did for 2 unit maths...
In response to that...
BOS decides wat mark each year u need to get into bands depending on the performance of everyone...
So say BOS says this year 82% = Band 6... On your results it will say External Mark = 90... even though u got 82% Raw...
Im just worried about this one...
FOr the two stationary points did people get a
Horizontal Inflection at (0,0) and Mininum at (3, -27)
I choked on this question- i nearly cried coz i can do anything like this...
You do realise people getting 15% doesnt mean Band 1...
Its all relative...
THis is what I heard from a head teacher from another school, the average mark in the 2 unit exam is round 40-50/120... Thats round 35%... Thats for a band 3-4.... Dont feel too bad...
Just try and ace the first...
I disagree... software aint a breeze, it takes a year of listening....
I think what your trying to say is... listening in class without studying can get u 60%...
I really hope they focus on algorithims this year coz im trying my hardest and studying them... Generally the theory rocks...
umm... well members cant upload it to the main site without sending it to an administrator but that can take years... there are so many notes from last year still needing to be uploaded...
So the best bet is to upload it to a new thread... sooo its the same as attatching a file...
If u dun...
Good point.... thanks chameleon...
I'll just look through my notes and study an "emergining technology"
.... holographic storage :D Now thats definately "emerging"
Just wanted to get peoples opinions...
Is it ok to study an "emerged technology" because I have a couple up my sleave (for instance CDMA mobiles) but I feel that since the technology has "emerged" it might not be valid....
What do you guys think???
I'm hoping its something computer-like not textiles or wood... but they usually give u something that spreads over a range of projects that people have done....
