    Yes. Although if you can switch Standard English for Advanced English it would be better for your ATAR.

    USYD because prestige matters significantly for law as sirable1 said, and it is probably the best university for arts.

    Then I'd go with MQ, and if you are thinking of majoring in finance then do the applied finance degree, and if you decide to major in accounting to the professional accounting degree.
