Wooo finished all of English!! Hell yeah!! And the modules weren't so bad :D I'm glad they count for more. But I'm about to get pounded with maths and science and history all in a row...ahh:bomb:

Do you get the same choice of subjects in a DipLang as in a major? Because the handbook only had information on the majors not the DipLang...at least that I could find. I'm curious about taking it during summer hols too, because I really want to learn a language, but considering I plan to do...

Best thing I love about Singapore + Malaysia. Tasty AND cheap food. I haven't been back to Singapore in forever, but the last time I went to KL I could get a hawker centre meal (which might not look great but tastes damn good) for about $1-1.50 AUD. Might've risen to $2 by now though XD

I went and downloaded firefox myself, then hid it in a gazillion folders on the raidserver so the librarians won't come and kill me for downloading stuff. Wow, is there really a category called "Contains plans for world domination"? And yeah, the DET sucks. :(

My older brother went to a selective school, he ranked 2nd and ended up getting 95 for the hsc. And he did tons of maths questions, practice, etc....and he likes math. Even if you have a low rank, the marks could be really close together anyway, and if you're in a selective school, there's...

Re: HSC - Seminars/ Lectures Ancient history this Saturday at Macquarie Uni, and I think a few weeks later at USyd. Same with modern and extension I think. They cost money though...

no one left in our year, but I think you're talking about the current yr 11? which I would have no clue about :P I haven't really noticed any new senior faces, but then again I've been rather out of it this year, all the people below me start to look the same:D:haha:

Thanks for your reply :) Actually what I meant with question 2 was whether you could do more than one specialisation even with a combined engineering degree (bar the computing ones) but I guess since you already answered 1 that kinda rules it out =/ and for 3, how about if I combine engineering...
