What defines a "fatty"? Without a definition people who are mildly obese would have the chance to exploit the ruling leading to greater than expected short comings by reduction of full paid seating...something to think about.

Ok i weighed my HSC notes and papers using a bathroom scale. I got a total of 51kg. NOTE: This does not include textbooks State your "HSC weight" so we can see who is a HSC heavyweight...try and be kinda accurate ie actually weigh your stuff
