I feel the top 3-4 will remain virtually the same, definately james ruse staying first, but i think we'll see an upset further into the top 10

the Kowtow or the Choral Orchestra?
Ive got about 1100 words with both of them, and would much rather only have 900 :P
i received a past students creative piece written as a news paper article in the exam, if i take the same idea but change it to a narrative, alter the characters and setting, is it still classified as plagerism? or will they not pick up on it?

1. migrant - the family's perception of the hostel is one of negativity... isolated all that jazz :P
mary st - owning a home = aussie dream = sense of stability and security (perception) = belonging
2. the 2 texts contrast in the respect - migrant they want to fit in to society but fail to...
if i have been given a past students creative and have changed characters, place and some events, but kept the general idea, will i be pulled up for plagarism in the hsc? or will i be in the clear??
