I am only halfway through the 2U maths textbook at the moment. Do you think I should try finishing the entire 2U maths textbook before term 3 so when term 3 comes, I can do the entire 3U maths textbook which means that when term 4 starts, I can start preparing for year 12 3U maths and 4U maths?

I asked the head teacher of maths if I could do 3U and he said no. My only option is to do 3U maths (year 11 and 12) + 4U maths (year 12) at TAFE. I want to know if it is a good idea doing both at TAFE in 9 months. Do you think it is too much work?

I want to teach maths because I am doing really well in 2U and I love maths now. There are some advanced units I want to do that require 4U maths.
