I don't go anu but from what I've heard the workload (especially social science) is heavily research-based and self-learning compared to unis like unsw etc which have more engaging teaching methods. If you're planning to study law I'd definitely recommend coming to sydney for that rather than anu 🙏

Does your school get a lot of band 6s? Or just search up your schools annual report and look at the average hsc mark for each subject, as long as you can get high band 5s you can guarantee around a 90 atar

I'm not sure about USYD but for UNSW it might've been your personal statement since your grades are definitely good enough for gateway. Which primary teaching degree did you apply for at WSU? Some of them require different subjects which you didn't do so there's a possibility you applied to that...
