Well, there's this dystopian series that I enjoyed, and it should be found in most school libraries. It's called Scythe.
If that's not really your type, tell me what your type is, and ill see if I can help :)
Yes- so good, such a nice break from just AnGsTy TeEn

Elmo's death invoked a cathartic response truly. Can't believe he got mugged in the end by Big Bird :(
The real question is how did you manage to get your hands on this book? I thought they burned all the copies as the knowledge inside this book alone would be enough to destroy the world. One can unlock 100% of their brain after fulling reading it. Luckily, it is encrypted by ancient Elmowian to prevent such a disaster. Scholars from Harvard are spending countless hours trying to decode it but, the text is far too superior for their peasantry knowledge. Like a pre-schooler trying to do a 4th year university exam.

I used to not be able to tear myself away from books. My family even worried that I did nothing but books. But now I've found video games for myself as well. I play Diablo II Resurrected all the time. I have a goal to reach level 42. To get unique Amazon Javelins. It's a very cool item.

Is there a book club thread? Every thread on books I’ve seen is basically dead...😞

Would honestly love to discuss different books, including opinions, recommendations, etc
I feel like I'm late to the party, but I'd love to join tbh... My fav has got to be the Ranger's Apprentice series and the Cinder series.

Oh no! I was lucky because I'm really close with my school's librarians, and they order any books that we want, and they're fans of it too

I'd suggest Crazy Rich Asians by Kevin Kwan. It seems like a pretty long book, but because of how it is written, and how conversational it is, most people can finish that pretty quickly.

I've seen the film; is the book any good? Just so I can casually add it to my never-ending 'to-read' list

I liked how conversational the book seemed, and I personally liked it more than the movie. But honestly, it was in my own never ending "to read" list for a while before I fished it out....
