Oh and you should try doing situps on a gym ball. It works out your core stability muscles, responsible for posture, strengthening the spine, strength etc. aswell as of course, your external abs. It's such a great 'invention' I reckon.
Ahahahahahha remember mate, bodybuilders only lift weights to look big, we don't necessarily have that much strength or functional strength muscles (although that is slightly different for me because I do martial arts aswell as powerlifting routines). Which is why bodybuilders tend to be fucked against a martial artist.
