I didn't like what Razizi said but his intentions were not to bully or hassle the guy for his marks.

Again people who don't have high befiefs in themselves can still get a uai of 95+. Have you read the HSC UAI's most people were not confident in getting in the 90's hence were stoked when they found out they did.
