There are ways you can edit the mark on your screen, so they can fake it if you request proof.

Nah he definitely b6ed and did very well (not quite state rank level but nonetheless very good) in bio, but he did lie about other credentials on highschooltutors

True, he didn't. But he got above 90 in externals and was only disadvantaged by his school marks (which we all know are a little questionable).
